Why do you have a fee?

We have a fee because we provide a service that saves you time and money. We don't charge the landlords as
this would possibly result in a higher rent or deposit for you.  Basically, we do all the research for you through
various methods such as maintaining a good working relationship with numerous landlords providing us with an
endless supply of new listings.

Do I have to pay you for anything else?

No. Once you are registered, your account is good with us for the time frame listed according to the plan you
choose.  Plan descriptions can be found at the bottom of the
About Us page.

How soon could I find a place?

Most  of the time the same day.  However, it's really up to you.  We give you the opportunity to shop for the right
property that fits your needs.

How often do you get new listings?

We add new listings 5 days a week - Monday through Friday – these listings are available to our clients upon
entry into our system.

How often should I get updated listings?

Every day until you have found a place you like and have secured your housing.

How can you save me time and money?

Simply speaking......by doing all the leg work for you.  Unless you have been on the moon, I'm sure you are well
aware gas prices are not exactly low right now.  You would save time and money by not having to drive around in
area after area writing down contact information from various signs hoping you didn't miss any good deals.   You
would also save time by not having to weed through the classifieds for a property that may or may not have all
the features you want or even be available by the time you call to inquire since the competition is so fierce.

Can't I get the same service from a realtor for free?

In the long run....no.  Somewhere down the line you will end up paying more for your rent.  You see a realtor
charges the landlord the fee instead of the client.  Which in turn this cost is usually passed down to you.

I don't have a Credit or Debit Card - is there any other way I can register?

Of course. If you need to get started quickly, then you can send payment by Western Union or by mail.

Do you have Section 8 properties available?

Yes we have numerous landlords that accept Section 8.
