address. There is a processing fee by the bank of $5.95 which you must include along with
the plan fee you chose. We will waive this fee if you choose a $69 or greater plan. If you
wish to do a free transfer it takes 2-5 working days and you will not receive your list until
payment has cleared.
2)Pay in person at our office (must call 615-793-9997 to set up appointment or click here to be
contacted by one of our representatives.
